La mise en place de structure de médiation

CONTENU

1ère SEQUENCE : DEFINITION DU PROJET DE MEDIATION

    *La nature du projet de médiation
    *le type de médiateurs
    *la nature des affaires
    *les structures organisationnelles :
          o Le groupe technique :
          o Le comité de pilotage

2ème SEQUENCE : LA SENSIBILISATION A LA MEDIATION

    * sensibilisation des partenaires ( Police, travailleurs sociaux...)  ( 4h)
    * sensibilisation des habitants                                                      ( 4h)

3ème SEQUENCE : RECRUTEMENT DES MEDIATEURS

    * décision du choix :
    * modalités de choix :


4ème SEQUENCE : FORMATION DES MEDIATEURS

    * module d'initiation à la médiation                                                  ( 30h)
    * modules plus spécialisés en fonction du domaine d'intervention  ( 15h )
          

5ème SEQUENCE: LA MISE EN PLACE DE LA STRUCTURE DE MEDIATION

    * local de médiation :
    * structuration du groupe (coordinateurs, groupes de travail...)
    * publicité
    * périodicité des permanences
    * négociation des conventions de partenariat (Mairie, HLM, Police, Justice...)

6ème SEQUENCE : LA SUPERVISION DES MEDIATEURS

    * réunion mensuelle :                         ( 2h par mois)
    * formation complémentaire :             ( 8h par an)
